The Crafty Jelley Barn is a Craft Centre and Giftshop located by the tranquil River Stour, nestled amidst beautiful woodlands and wildlife, and set in the grounds of a historic Steam Driven Rope Mill. Come and experience our unique and cosy atmosphere, where you can explore a diverse array of handmade gifts, or participate in our FUN CRAFTY WORKSHOPS designed to help you discover new creative skills in an inclusive setting.

The Crafty Jelley Barn is affiliated with Jelleyman's Heritage Arts Charity (JHAC) who control the site and have numerous ongoing activities to suit all tastes and ages.
Coming 6th & 7th of December is JHAC Victorian Craft Market held in the large Heritage Hall, surrounded by atmosheric woodland and close to Jelleyman's Steam Driven Rope Mill on the banks of the River Stour.
Come and browse numerous gift stalls in the Theatrical Victorian Street Scene to select unique and individual gifts for loved ones.
Food and drinks stalls are ready for refreshments, and children can visit Santas Grotto. ​​​​

Workshops
Within the surroundings of a nostalgic, inspiring barn, you can enjoy various small groups craft workshops in a non-threatening, non-judgemental and all inclusive friendly environment, where you can come along and just be yourself and enjoy the experience. Whole families welcome, which has proven to be very popular for that 'together' feeling.

No skills are needed, because the key to this is FUN!
Wood Art
Our Wood Art Workshop utilises wood sourced from Jelleyman's forest as much as possible.
Creations such as rustic and fantasty incense burners including resin, tea light burners, funky bottle lights, bleached wood keyrings with gems, forest scenes with horse shoes ... to name but a few. We are constantly evolving and trying new things!
